The Company occupies a plot
of approximately 100,000 square metres (28 acres) in the Industrial
Area of Dandora.
Offices (2,600 Sq.m)
The main office building has a floor area
of approximately 2,600 square metres. There are offices for
Directors, Financial Director and his team, Engineers, Assistant
Engineers, Technicians, Draughtsmen, Computer Programmers
and Operators, Administration Mangers and Assistants Clerks,
Secretaries, Telephone Operators, Radio Operators, Purchase
Department etc., etc.
There are Conference Rooms, Seminar Room, Library, Dining
facilities, printing, photocopy and other facilities.
The Production Manager, Erection Manager, Stock Controller,
Transport and Despatch Controller, Maintenance Staff all with
their teams occupy separate offices nearer the operating points.

Fabrication Workshop (16,000 Sq.m)
Fabrication workshop occupies the biggest
working area of approximately 16,000 square metres. The heavy
workshop and medium workshop are fitted with steel working
platforms and both these workshops have a facility of 8 electric
overhead cranes which operate from material preparation are
at one end to despatch - collection section at the other end.
The fabrication workshop is capable of handling approximately
8,000 metric tonnes of steelwork annually. Additional work
can be handled by making small changes and further work can
be carried out at night, facilities for which are available.
The workshops are divided into separate areas for sheet metal
work, light fabrication, medium cutting areas, assembly inspection
and other area are earmarked for their appropriate operations.
Tool rooms, superviors' offices, etc., are on lean to areas
occupying additional separate spaces.

Machine Shop
(2,000 Sq.m)
This is attached to fabrication workshop and
machine floor with assembly floor occupies an area of 2,000
square metres.
Extra facilities like supervisors' offices, tool room, etc.,
are available as in fabrication workshops.
The machine shop is well equipped with turret lathes, captone
lathes, centre lathes, milling machines, surface grinders,
hammers, ovens, shapers, presses, radial drills, etc., etc.
Stock (8,000 Sq.m including open yard)
The stock office and offloading are is conveniently
located at one end of the Workshops and heavy material flow
with overhead travelling crane is very efficient. Yard crane
is used for offloading at open yard.
The stocks area of main steelwork is approximately 8,000 square
metres. There are separate offices for the stock controller,
stock clerks etc. and is connected with the computer network
system.
Offloading bay can handle at least 4 semi trailers at any
one time.
There are separate covered and secure stores for other stock
items e.g. roofing sheets, misc. items, special materials
etc. The stores cover a further area of 800 square metres.

Despatch and Transport (8,000 Sq.m

Fabricated materials are taken into despatch/painting
area and is conveniently located (like stocks) at the other
end of fabrication shop. Overhead crane facilities are available
for handling and loading. Mobile Crane or Forklift available
at open yard.
The Despatch area covers approximately 8,000 square metres
including open yard for stocking.
The loading bay can accommodate at least 4 semi trailers with
ease at any one time.

Painting & Sandblasting (2,000

Sand blasting shed is located next to the
painting shed. The shed occupies an area of approximately
2,000 square metres.
Spray painting facilities are available. Paint store is separate.
Electrical Maintenance Shop (400 Sq.m.)
This shop maintains and repairs company machines
and tools with respect to electrical work. It occupies a covered
area of approximately 400 square metres.
Vehicle Maintenance Shop (800 Sq.m.)
All company vehicles including heavy trucks,
mobile cranes and also including generators and other mechanical
machines are maintained here. Full facilities are available
for such work. There are also spare parts store attached to
this shop. This section occupies approximately 800 square
metres.
Storage Area (10,000 Sq.m)
An open area, with hardstanding, covering
more than 10,000 square metres are available for storage of
machinery, materials, etc. from time to time for particular
jobs requiring such storage space. Company's mobile cranes
are used for offloading and stacking containers and materials,
trial erection of export jobs etc
