Chassis and Floor
Structurally welded steel chassis primed with red
oxide paint. The floor is made out of decking sheets
fixed onto supporting mild steel channels, and then
topped with timber board. The internal floor is carpeted
with durable linoleum.
Roof and Ceiling
The roof is constructed using profiled sheets externally,
fully welded together and supported on steel channels.
The roof is then waterproofed. The internal ceiling
is comprised of timber board covered with matt paint.
Two sets insulation is placed in-between the roof
and the ceiling cavity.
Exterior and Interior Wall Panels
Exterior wall panels are constructed from pre-painted
sheets riveted to supporting mild steel channels.
The internal face consists of timber boards covered
with matt paint. Two sets of insulation is placed
in-between the two panels. The interior wall panels
are made from two sets of timber boards secured on
a timber frame.
Electrics
Units are wired for 240 volt supply. All wiring is
placed in PVC conduits with fitted switches and plugs.
Each unit also has a appropriate size circuit breaker.
Plumbing
PPR piping is used for water supply, sewerage and
waste water

Windows
The main windows are horizontal sliding aluminum windows,
fitted with glass.
Main Window size: 720mm(w) x 910mm (h)
Bathroom windows are horizontal hinged windows madefrom
mild steel, and fitted with glass.
Bathroom Window size: 520mm(w) x 400mm (h)
All windows are fitted with burglar proof bars and
PVC mosquito nets as standard.
Doors
The exterior main doors are made from similar materials
used as in exterior wall panels. Doors are supplied
with a chrome plated 5 lever mortice lock.
External size: 960mm (w) x 2000mm (h)
The Interior doors are standard ‘Flush’
doors with a chrome plated 3 leaver mortice lock.
Internal Door size: 710mm (w) x 1900mm (h)
